Outside

Our yard is partially fenced, and has a tree house, a pear tree, and 3 apple trees.  It is such a fun place for our family to play!  There are lilacs, beautiful bushes and perennials. I could say more, but pictures talk better.

8'X10' Vinyl storage shed great for extra storage!

There are 4) 4'X4' garden boxes along the back fence. One is full of strawberries, the others you can fill with anything you like!

To make it easier to water the garden we added this old style hose bib.

These huge trees provide afternoon shade and keep the house cool in the summer.
Cooking out and entertaining are a breeze with the covered patio.

Custom concrete curbing around flowerbeds stocked with bulbs and perennials.

Apple and Pear trees.

The front flowerbeds have Crocus, Daffodils, Hyacinths, Day Lilies and Purple Salvia.

We have a local deer herd that like to visit the neighborhood. After they ate all my tulips I planted over 200 daffodils to take their place, they are beautiful and deer friendly!

Daisies and Black Eyed Susans are waking up!

Entry

Welcome Home!

Welcome by Shel Silverstein

"If you are a dreamer, come in
If you are a dreamer, a wisher, a liar,
A hoper, a pray-er, a magic-bean-buyer
If you are a pretender come sit by my fire
For we have some flax golden tales to spin
Come in!
Come in!"

Beautiful Entry inside and out!

Living Room

This is such a cozy living room. There are plenty of windows that let in natural light.  The double sided stone fireplace adds so much character to this space.  And with these vaulted ceilings, get the tallest Christmas tree you can find!

I love how the fireplace screens the kitchen, but doesn't separate the rooms completely.

This cozy room off the Entry can be used for an Office, Den, Music Room, Library and more!

This large picture window provides a great view of what is going on outside in the front yard.

Kitchen

The Kitchen is the "Heart of the Home."
This is where we cook, eat, do homework, visit and catch up with each other. It is where we live! This is a beautiful place to live.

There is plenty of natural light...

...Overhead recessed lighting...

...And under cabinet lighting too!

All of the lower cabinets have child safety latches.  They just need to be tightened up for use.

This "seemingly normal" window in the Breakfast Nook is not just an incredible view of the mountains. It is a lookout up the street to see if the school bus has come, if kids are coming home after playing with friends, the mail truck or garbage truck, this "Lookout Window" is a mom's lifesaver!

Mudroom and Pantry

Easy access to the breaker box.

Great slate floors!

It is so nice to have a place to drop off coats, shoes and backpacks.

Nice large walk in pantry.
